Description
This Net is a CW only Net designed to find CW operators who want to engage in longer CW conversations (RagChews). Any Amateur Radio Operator who is licensed to operate on these frequencies is invited to check into the Net. Although this Net originates from Canada it is not limited to that country but all who are licensed are invited to check in. The Net control station will call for check ins, QNI, at which time you are invited to check in. After the Net control station responds to you you are encouraged to give an RST and indicate your QTH. You are then encouraged to listen to all other stations checking into the Net. During this time please note any station which checks in that you can copy well. At the end of the Net all stations who have checked in are invited to indicate the frequency to which they will QSY in order to engage in further CW conversation. The Net will also be on NetLogger under the name CQ Net. The hope is, that this will allow many of us to find another station with which we can have a RagChew.
